Job Description

Arrowhead Animal Hospital is hiring a full-time veterinarian for an
exciting opportunity to practice strong veterinary medicine, and provide a
positive impact on our community!

Arrowhead Animal Hospital is seeking a dedicated ER Veterinarian (DVM/VMD) to
join our team in a full-time swing shift role, working 6–8 shifts per month,
including at least one full weekend. This role is ideal for a veterinarian who
thrives in urgent and emergency medicine and wants meaningful, consistent
clinical involvement without a full-time schedule.

Arrowhead Animal Hospital provides care for dogs and cats across wellness,
urgent, and emergency needs. Our hospital supports a wide range of services
including emergency and critical care, surgery, dental care, and preventive
medicine, delivered in a collaborative, team-driven environment.

Why Arrowhead Animal Hospital?

We are committed to providing accessible, high-quality veterinary care with a
strong focus on emergency and urgent cases when pets need it most. Our team
works closely across departments to support continuity of care, clear
communication, and efficient case management in a fast-moving clinical
environment.

Our Location
Located in Westminster, Arrowhead Animal Hospital sits within a well-connected
area of the Denver metro. Time outside the hospital can be spent at Standley
Lake Regional Park or the open space trails at Westminster Hills Open Space.
Local dining options like The Old Man Bar & Grill are nearby, and the broader
amenities of Denver are easily accessible.

Our Culture

Our hospital operates with a strong emphasis on teamwork in a high-throughput
environment. Emergency and urgent cases are handled with structured
communication between doctors and support staff, ensuring patients are
prioritized appropriately, and care remains consistent throughout the day. The
team culture is collaborative, steady under pressure, and centered on delivering
dependable medicine across all shifts.
