Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Tech provides direct care and support to individuals in a crisis center, including monitoring behavior, performing delegated nursing tasks, and ensuring a safe environment. They are also responsible for transporting clients to various appointments and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the facility.

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid Texas driver's license with an acceptable driving record. The role requires the physical ability to perform tasks such as heavy lifting, kneeling, and patient restraint, as well as the flexibility to work non-traditional hours.
