The Research Nurse Supervisor oversees clinical research staff and ensures all activities comply with USOR SOPs and ICH GCP guidelines. They collaborate with management to develop research standards, manage budgets, and improve operational quality within the oncology practice.
Candidates must hold an associate degree in a clinical or scientific discipline and be a graduate of an accredited nursing program. A minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in oncology, and current RN licensure are required.
