Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a full-time Director of Nursing for Gundersen Tweeten Care Center in Spring Grove, MN.
In this role, you will help lead a team committed to exceptional long term care. In partnership with the Administrator, you’ll provide strategic leadership and administrative direction for nursing practice, helping shape a culture of safety, compassion, and high-quality resident care.
What You Will Do
Work Monday-Friday, regualar business hours, with flexibility to work evenings, and/or nights based on business need
Rotating on-call approximately 1-2 times/every 2 weeks

What You Need
Graduate of an accredited RN program
Minnesota RN License
3 years of geriatric nursing experience, with a minimum of two years of the three in a skilled nursing facility desired

Key Responsibilities
The Director of Nursing provides strategic leadership and administrative direction for nursing practice at the care center. They work in partnership with the Administrator to foster a culture of safety, compassion, and high-quality resident care.
Requirements
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited RN program and hold a valid Minnesota RN license. A minimum of three years of geriatric nursing experience, preferably in a skilled nursing facility, is required.
