Looking for more than just a general dentistry role? Lake Dental in Palm Springs is a relationship-driven, family-friendly practice known for its calm, collaborative, and down-to-earth culture. *This position is based in Palm Springs, CA, and is ideal for a dentist seeking to relocate to the area or already living within commuting distance. *
We’re seeking an associate dentist who is excited to practice comprehensive dentistry and has a strong interest in expanding skills in endodontics, implants, and surgery. You’ll work alongside multiple seasoned clinicians who are passionate about mentorship, making this a great opportunity for experienced doctors looking to grow.
This is a busy, well-established practice offering clinical autonomy, strong support, and advanced technology including CEREC, CBCT, and digital imaging.
Schedule:
Start at 3 days per week (Fridays required)
Opportunity to grow into a 4-day schedule within the first year

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive and compassionate oral healthcare, utilizing advanced diagnostic skills to develop personalized treatment plans that prioritize patient well-being and long-term dental health.
Contribute towards a team oriented and collegiate environment by working with other clinical and non-clinical staff members, as necessary.
Uphold the policy, protocol, and procedures in compliance with the most current accepted professional standards.
Improving your clinical skills and acumen through participation in continuing education and training opportunities (continuing education support is available)
Participate in various community outreach initiatives, as necessary.

Qualifications

DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
Current, valid state license to practice dentistry (License must be in good standing) or eligible for licensure.
Minimum of two years of clinical practice experience, demonstrating professional growth and practical expertise in dental care
Other certifications as required by state to include - CPR, DEA, etc.
