Key Responsibilities
The Staff Dentist will perform timely and clinically sound reviews of dental claims, prior authorizations, and treatment requests to ensure evidence-based care. They will also collaborate with providers and internal teams to support quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a DDS or DMD degree and possess at least six years of clinical experience, including work with Medicaid and Medicare Advantage programs. A current, active, and unrestricted U.S. dental license is required, along with strong proficiency in dental coding and clinical documentation.
