Key Responsibilities
The Staff Dentist performs timely and clinically sound reviews of dental claims, prior authorizations, and treatment requests to ensure evidence-based care. They also collaborate with providers and internal teams to support quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and consistent coverage determinations.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a DDS or DMD degree and a current, unrestricted dental license in a U.S. state or territory. A minimum of six years of clinical experience, including work with Medicaid and Medicare Advantage programs, is required.
