The Milieu Therapist maintains a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for children while facilitating group and individual activities. They are responsible for monitoring client progress, managing crises through de-escalation, and collaborating with families and nursing staff.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field and have experience working with children in a therapeutic or educational setting. Required certifications include CPR, First Aid, and CPI, along with a valid driver's license.
