FACT Therapist (Leon)

Key Responsibilities

The FACT Therapist provides intensive community-based mental health and substance abuse treatment as part of a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic services to help clients maintain community stability.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related human services field. Two years of professional experience working with individuals with severe mental illness and substance abuse disorders is preferred.
