Are you a motivated, team-oriented & reliable Registered Dental Hygienist looking for a place to grow, feel valued, and make an impact each day? We’re seeking an enthusiastic professional to join our practice and contribute to an exceptional patient experience!

At our practice, clinical integrity comes first.

We’re looking for a hygienist who is passionate about delivering thorough, evidence-based care and advocating for patients’ long-term oral and systemic health. If you take pride in complete periodontal assessments, honest diagnosis, and educating patients on their true health needs, you’ll feel right at home here.

Schedule

* Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

* Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

* Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Shift Rotation

We're looking for a team member who can work:

* 2 opening shifts

* 2 closing shifts

* Every Friday (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)

What You’LL Do

As a key member of our team, you will help support smooth, efficient, and comfortable patient care by:

* Maintain high clinical standards while balancing efficiency, patient comfort, and education

* Support a preventive-care model focused on early detection, long-term outcomes, and patient trust

* Perform comprehensive periodontal evaluations, including full-mouth probing and risk assessment, at appropriate intervals

* Identify, co-diagnose, and document periodontal disease accurately and ethically

* Educate patients on the oral–systemic health connection and the long-term impact of untreated periodontal disease

* Advocate for necessary periodontal therapy based on clinical findings.

* Take and evaluate dental radiographs and intraoral photos

* Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care practices

* Review and update patient medical histories and chart findings accurately in the dental software

* Follow sterilization, infection control, and OSHA protocols

* Promote same-day treatment when appropriate and assist with treatment coordination

* Support a patient-centered experience with empathy and professionalism

* Actively contribute to a team-based environment and model Squire Dental’s mission and values

Qualifications

Required

* Active RDH license in the state of practice

* Current CPR/BLS certification

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills

* Strong attention to detail and documentation

* Proficient in dental software (e. g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) and digital radiography

Preferred

* Proficiency in dental software systems (Denticon)

* Local anesthesia certification (as required by state law)

* Laser certification (if applicable)

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

* Ability to stand or sit for extended periods during clinical procedures

* Manual dexterity to use dental instruments and equipment

* Exposure to bodily fluids, radiation, and sterilization chemicals

* Must wear appropriate PPE and adhere to all health and safety protocols
