Key Responsibilities
The Behavioral Health Care Manager provides targeted behavioral health support and brief interventions for cancer patients within an integrated care model. They act as a bridge between the patient, primary care providers, and psychiatric consultants to ensure a unified and compassionate treatment plan.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a valid clinical license in California or Hawaii, such as LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or LMFT. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a behavioral health, healthcare, or oncology setting is preferred.
