- Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Key Responsibilities
The physician will manage an established primary care patient panel with a focus on preventive and personalized medicine. Responsibilities include providing high-quality care with longer appointment times and leading the practice as an owner.
Requirements
Candidates must be board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine and hold an active medical license. At least 5 years of outpatient primary care experience is preferred, along with a commitment to long-term practice leadership.
