We are currently seeking a Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist (CF-SLP) to join our growing pediatric team.

This opportunity is ideal for new graduates who love pediatric therapy, value mentorship, and want to begin their career in an environment that is supportive, organized, and growth-minded without the burnout culture often seen in larger systems.

About Bliss

environment that prioritizes:

  • Clinical quality over productivity pressure
  • Collaboration over competition
  • Mentorship and clinical support
  • Creativity in treatment
  • Long-term professional growth

We are intentionally seeking Clinical Fellows who are eager to learn, open to feedback, and bring curiosity, warmth, and creativity into their sessions.

Your Clinical Fellowship Experience

We believe your CF year should build a strong foundation for your entire career.

As a Clinical Fellow at Bliss, you can expect:

  • Supervision from an experienced, ASHA-certified SLP mentor
  • Regular feedback, observation, and collaborative case discussion
  • Support in building clinical confidence across a variety of disorders and age ranges

  • A team that wants to see you succeed and grow

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct pediatric speech and language evaluations with mentor support
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals
  • Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions
  • Collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary team members
  • Complete documentation, progress reports, and treatment notes in a timely manner
  • Contribute ideas, clinical insight, and positive team culture

Ideal Candidate

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

(completed or anticipated)

  • Texas SLP Intern license, or eligible to obtain one prior to start
  • Eligible to begin an ASHA Clinical Fellowship
  • Passion for pediatric therapy and family-centered care
  • Strong communication skills and a desire to learn
  • Organized, collaborative, and receptive to feedback
  • Comfortable asking questions and taking initiative

Graduate clinical experience or interest in any of the following is a plus:

  • Feeding therapy
  • Myofunctional therapy
  • Auditory verbal therapy
  • Voice therapy
  • Bilingual therapy
  • Gestalt language processing / AAC

Growth Opportunities

As Bliss continues to expand throughout the North Texas area, we are invested in developing clinicians from the very start of their careers. After completing the

Clinical Fellowship, growth opportunities may include:

  • Transition to a full SLP role upon earning your CCCs and Texas license
  • Specialized training in areas of clinical interest
  • Mentorship and supervision of future Clinical Fellows
  • Team Lead and clinical leadership pathways as the organization grows

We value clinicians who want to contribute ideas, help shape culture, and grow alongside the company.

Benefits & Perks

  • Health insurance
  • PTO + paid sick time
  • 401(k)
  • CEU/conference stipend
  • Professional development support
  • Mileage reimbursement

The Environment

We believe excellent therapy starts with supported clinicians.

Our team culture values mentorship, communication, clinical curiosity, and work-life balance. We are continuing to grow throughout the Dallas area and are looking for new clinicians who want to grow with us.
