We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Part-Time Speech Therapist Consultant / Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language services to students based on their individual educational and developmental needs.

This position is primarily remote, with services provided virtually whenever appropriate. However, depending on the needs of the student and individual case requirements, the Speech Therapist Consultant may be required to provide in-person therapy, evaluations, assessments, or testing.

This is a part-time consultant position and does not include health insurance or other employee benefits.

Provide recommendations regarding speech, language, communication, articulation, fluency, and other areas within the scope of speech-language pathology.

Maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable professional, educational, and privacy requirements.

Work Arrangement

This is a part-time, primarily remote consultant position. Most therapy sessions, meetings, consultations, and documentation may be completed virtually when appropriate.

The consultant must be available to provide in-person services on a case-by-case basis, particularly when evaluations, assessments, testing, or an individual student's needs require face-to-face services.

Qualifications

  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist license in the jurisdiction(s) where services will be provided.
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a related accredited program.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, if applicable.

  • Knowledge of IEPs, special education procedures, and school-based speech and language services preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
