Key Responsibilities

Performs diagnostic ultrasound examinations on various body systems to assist physicians in diagnosing pathological conditions and normal anatomy. Assists in interventional procedures such as biopsies and drainages while maintaining high standards of professional behavior and patient care.

Requirements

Requires registration as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) with OB-GYN specialty and Basic Life Support certification. Preferred qualifications include two years of clinical experience in an acute care medical center.
