Key Responsibilities
The Staff Pharmacist acts as an alternate leader for infusion services, managing daily operations and supervising the pharmacy team. They are responsible for ensuring compliance with pharmacy laws, verifying prescriptions, and supporting the Pharmacy Director in achieving organizational goals.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and possess a professional license authorized to work in Puerto Rico. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a pharmacist and knowledge of PBM clinical operations are required.
