FT or PT | Total Compensation Package: Approximately $133,000–$150,000+
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our growing practice in Williamsport, PA.
Our providers deliver comprehensive medical care to residents in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Independent Living communities. We offer a collaborative, provider-focused practice model built around clinical autonomy, manageable patient volumes, strong support, competitive compensation, and work-life balance. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide primary and chronic care management services to residents in long-term care communities.

Each provider receives support from a dedicated Regional Nurse Coordinator who assists with:
Daily scheduling and care coordination
Documentation and note management
Facility communication
Prescription refills and medication requests
Forms, orders, and administrative tasks
Communication with nursing staff, families, pharmacies, and other healthcare partners
Compensation
Up to $125,000 annually with Total Compensation Package: $133,000–$150,000+ annually

Qualifications
Current or eligible Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner
Current DEA registration or ability to obtain
Experience in geriatrics, long-term care, skilled nursing, family medicine, internal medicine, or primary care is preferred but not required.
