FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER FNP - Behavioral Health/Complex Pain/Addiction Clinic
Recovia, LLC, is seeking a FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER FNP for our Outpatient Behavioral Health / Complex Pain / Addiction Clinic at our Tempe Clinic at: 1910 East Southern Ave., Tempe, Arizona.
Recovia, LLC provides a true integrative program with Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants, Clinical Psychologists, Social Workers, Counselors, and Physical Therapists all working together under the same roof to treat patients.

Key Responsibilities
The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide integrative care for patients within a multidisciplinary team including psychologists and physical therapists. Responsibilities include managing a caseload of 12-15 patients per day in a behavioral health and addiction clinic setting.
