Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will provide direct 1:1 care to patients in their homes, developing and implementing individualized plans of care. They are also responsible for supervising physical therapy assistants and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure patient needs are met.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid physical therapy license and have completed an accredited physical therapy education program. Two years of experience is preferred, along with the ability to exercise independent judgment and maintain current CPR certification.
