The Position Currently Begins at Approximately

• 2 clinical days per week

• The organization is actively growing its pediatric and specialty programs and is seeking a doctor who wants to relocate to Reno, establish roots in the community, and grow alongside the practice.
• Compensation & Earning Potential
• Pediatric Dentist
• 30% of collections, including imaging and nitrous
• Economically equivalent to approximately 35–37% of total collections
• $1,200 daily guarantee
• Pediatric-Focused General Dentist
• 30% of collections
• $1,000 daily guarantee

• As the clinical schedule expands, the opportunity has the potential to support approximately:

$230,400–$460,800+ in annualized earnings, depending on clinical schedule, collections, production, and scope of practice.

The practice provides the patient base and infrastructure; the opportunity is designed to grow alongside the incoming doctor's availability and productivity.
