Compensation This role is compensated on a salaried basis, providing consistent earnings aligned with the responsibilities and expectations of the position

• Compensation: $295,618 - $379,601

Placement within the range is based on licensure level, education, and experience. What You Can Expect Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for individuals in the ACT program. Work with the ACT team to develop and support treatment plans. Provide clinical oversight and guidance to psychiatric staff. Support individuals in achieving recovery goals and maintaining community stability.

Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric assessments and manage medications. Participate in team meetings and treatment planning. Provide clinical supervision and support to NPs/PAs and team members. Collaborate with nursing and ACT staff to coordinate comprehensive care.

Qualifications

Education

Medical Doctor Licensure/Experience: Must be a licensed psychiatrist or physician, experience with the population served is required.
