What you’ll need:

In New Jersey, the standard base pay range for a Full-Time role is $70,000 - $102,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more. Part-Time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro-rated.
Key Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one physical therapy services to older adults in their homes as part of a geriatric house call model. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to facilitate clinically excellent interventions and achieve functional patient outcomes.
Requirements
Must hold a valid physical therapy license in the state of practice or be eligible to apply. Requires a degree from an accredited physical therapy program and current CPR certification.
