Key Responsibilities

Conduct mental health screenings and comprehensive psychological assessments.

Provide individual and group counseling sessions as clinically indicated.

Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to detainee needs.

Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in accordance with HIPAA.

Requirements

eligible in the state of employment (LCSW, LPC, LPCC, etc.). Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral health, preferably in correctional or institutional settings. Knowledge of trauma

informed care and culturally competent practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must pass federal background check and obtain facility clearance. Ability to work in a secure, high
