The APP will provide comprehensive primary care services, including the evaluation, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic medical conditions for adult patients. They will also collaborate with the care team to develop treatment plans, perform health assessments, and document patient care in the electronic medical record.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program and hold current licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia. National board certification, DEA registration, and BLS-HCP certification are also required for this position.
