National Counseling Group (NCG), an ncgCARE partner, is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to join our team. The Outpatient Therapist plays a vital role in our mission to deliver coordinated, individualized care to our communities. As an Outpatient Therapist, you will provide: Case Management Services: Coordinate and manage services for clients, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and support. Service Plans: Develop individualized, written service plans to address clients’ specific needs and goals. Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate support and intervention during mental health crises. Evaluations and Assessments: Conduct psychological evaluations and write diagnostic assessments, including those for behavioral, substance abuse, and economic self-sufficiency issues. Facilitate Wraparound Meetings: Organize and lead team meetings to ensure coordinated care among providers and natural supports. Compensation This role is compensated on a variable rate model, designed to reward productivity while providing consistent earning opportunity through established referral volume.
