What You'll Do

* Conduct assessments and build individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

* Provide individual and group counseling using a strengths-based, person-centered approach

* Work alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and case managers as part of a true multidisciplinary team

* Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and clinical supervision — collaboration is built into how we work, not an afterthought

* Grow your practice through ongoing professional development and real advancement opportunities

* Provide culturally competent, inclusive care and advocate for clients from all backgrounds

* Maintain clear, accurate clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, etc.)

* Offer crisis intervention and coordinate resources when clients need urgent support

What You'll Bring

* A degree in counseling, social work, or chemical dependency

* Active state licensure/certification (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, or equivalent)

* Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine therapeutic rapport

* A collaborative mindset — you thrive working with a team, not just solo

* Comfort managing a caseload independently while knowing when to seek supervision

* Solid organizational skills and the ability to stay professional under a fast-paced workload
