Key Responsibilities

The Director of Nursing leads integrated care and wellbeing for residents while supervising clinical staff to ensure high-quality service. They are responsible for clinical oversight, regulatory compliance, and managing staffing budgets to maintain a culture of presence and purpose.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current Registered Nurse license in good standing and possess previous experience in healthcare leadership or nursing administration. Strong knowledge of Department of Health regulations for senior living communities is required.
