Responsibilities include observing, evaluating, conducting assessments, documenting progress, assisting with specific exercises, and educating patients and families on the care plan.
Candidates must possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology along with an active SLP license in Illinois, and a minimum of one year of speech therapy experience, preferably in home healthcare. A current CPR certification and knowledge of state and federal home health regulations are also mandatory.
