Job Summary

Required Qualifications

  • Require a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited college/university.
  • Require minimum of three (3) years clinical experience with at least one (1) year experience participating in organizational EMR projects as a subject matter expert, project lead/manager, or other related project role, preferably in a multi-entity healthcare system.
  • Require Nursing Informatics Certification (NI-BC) within three (3) years of hire.
  • Require flexibility to travel to various locations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prefer a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Health Care Administration, or Informatics.
  • Prefer current knowledge of hospital-related accreditation (TJC) and regulatory issues (CMS, AHCA).
  • Prefer excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as, analytical, problem solving, and research skills.
  • Prefer strong project management skills, such as prioritizing competing demands, delegating tasks effectively, and leading interdisciplinary teams, in order to achieve strategic objectives, as well as demonstrated experience leading small to large-scale optimization projects.
  • Prefer active membership/involvement in professional organizations.
  • Prefer demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage complex activities with overlapping deliverables, deadlines, resources, and departments.
