SCHEDULE

* Full-time, Part-time, and PRN/On-Call shifts are available

* Flexibility in scheduling — ask us what options are available

WHAT YOU’LL DO

* Patient evaluation, exercise instruction, and pain management

* Develop individualized treatment plans to help residents achieve their goals

* Provide equipment training and patient/family education

* Document patient progress accurately and on time

* Collaborate daily with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary care teams

* Support residents in regaining independence and quality of life

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

* Licensed in Hawaii or a graduate of an approved Physical Therapist program or
actively working toward licensure

* Graduate of a CAPTE Accredited Physical Therapy Education Program

* Experience in post acute care or similar healthcare environment preferred

Key Responsibilities

The physical therapist will conduct patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide exercise instruction and pain management. They will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to document progress and support residents in regaining independence.

Requirements

Candidates must be licensed in Hawaii or a graduate of an approved Physical Therapy program. A degree from a CAPTE accredited program is required, and experience in post-acute care is preferred.
