Key Responsibilities
The Director will lead a team of Network Engagement Leads to drive adoption of behavioral health network solutions by translating state-level priorities into actionable execution plans. This role involves diagnosing engagement barriers, managing provider relationships, and leveraging AI-supported infrastructure to optimize network performance and referral volume.
Requirements
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing, revenue-adjacent leadership role with a proven track record of executing strategic plans. A bachelor's degree and deep operating knowledge of behavioral health delivery systems and state Medicaid programs are required.
