Nurse Practitioner (NP)/Physician Assistant (PA) Family Medicine, La Crescent

Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (0.8 FTE) to join our Family Medicine team at our La Crescent campus.

We are looking for a team-oriented clinician committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered Family Medicine care. This is an outpatient-only position with clinic hours Monday through Friday, 7:30 a. m. to 4:30 p. m., offering an excellent work-life balance.

Practice Highlights

Our La Crescent campus provides comprehensive primary care services and works seamlessly with the extensive network of specialty and support services available throughout Emplify Health by Gundersen. Patients benefit from convenient access to a broad range of services, including family medicine, internal medicine, physical therapy, integrated behavioral health providers, as well as lab & imaging capabilities.

This integrated care model allows providers to work in a collaborative environment with access to the resources needed to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
