Key Responsibilities

The social worker assists patients and their families with psychosocial stressors by providing clinical assessments, care planning, and therapeutic interventions. They also manage discharge planning and collaborate with the medical team to ensure effective patient advocacy and support.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work and obtain licensure within one year of hire. At least one year of post-Masters clinical experience is preferred.
