Key Responsibilities

The Speech-Language Pathologist will conduct speech and swallowing evaluations to develop and implement individualized therapy plans for patients. They will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and provide education to patients and caregivers to support recovery at home.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license. Previous experience in a home health setting is preferred.
