Occupational Therapist - Inpatient Rehabilitation/Acute Therapy

Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist will initiate patient care through evidence-based assessments and maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record. They are also responsible for supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants and monitoring patient progress to adjust treatment plans as needed.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a BS, MS, or OTD degree in Occupational Therapy from an approved school and possess an active Arkansas state license. Additionally, applicants must have up-to-date CPR certification and demonstrate competence in rehabilitation principles and leadership.
