The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and treat patients in their homes to improve daily living activities and independence. They are responsible for designing individualized treatment plans, documenting progress, and coordinating care with the rehabilitation team.
Candidates must be a licensed Occupational Therapist in Ohio with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Experience with OASIS and WellSky software is strongly preferred, along with current CPR certification and a TB test.
