The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patient functional status and develop individualized treatment plans to maintain comfort and dignity in a home health setting. They are responsible for coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team and educating families on supporting the patient's functional needs.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited occupational therapy program and hold current registration through the National Registration Examination of the AOTA. A minimum of two years of clinical experience and a current CPR certification are required.
