Key Responsibilities

This role assists in planning, developing, and directing social service programs to meet the medical, emotional, and social needs of residents according to federal and state standards. Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related human services field is required, along with a minimum of one year of supervised social work experience in a healthcare setting.
