By integrating primary care, mental health, gynecology, dermatology, and wellness across both in-person and virtual settings, Tia is improving outcomes, lowering costs, and creating a better experience for patients and providers alike.
About the Role
Tia is seeking a physician to lead clinical care and provider teams across an assigned market. Drive Clinical Quality: Spearhead quality improvement initiatives that promote safe, consistent, and evidence-based care across the market.
Optimize Operations & Access: Partner with operational leaders to improve patient access, patient experience, and operational effectiveness, while supporting new clinic openings and growth initiatives.
Direct Patient Care: Deliver comprehensive primary care and/or gynecological services (approximately one day per week) within your training and scope of practice.
Serve as Collaborating Physician: Act as the collaborative physician for nurse practitioners and physician assistants in your market, ensuring high standards of collaborative care.
Data-Driven Leadership: Utilize clinical quality, patient experience, and operational data to identify growth opportunities and guide strategic decisions.
What You’ll Bring
Credentials
MD or DO with board certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or another relevant specialty. Active licensure in the state where the role is based.
- Experience: 5+ years of clinical experience, with strong expertise in primary care and/or gynecology.
- Leadership: 3+ years of experience managing or leading clinical teams.
Leadership Approach: A thoughtful, collaborative people leader who develops others through coaching and shared accountability. You are comfortable using data to make decisions and are committed to shared decision-making and sex-positive, judgment-free, inclusive healthcare.
Logistics: Ability to travel regularly between clinics within the assigned market.
