The Advanced Practice Provider collaborates with center leadership and medical directors to deliver primary and urgent care services to nursing facility residents. They are responsible for improving health outcomes and ensuring high-quality medical care in alignment with company mission and clinical standards.
Candidates must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with relevant state licensure and NCCPA or equivalent certification. A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
