Join Rebound Behavioral Health as a Psychiatric NP – Inpatient, M-F, $70/hr + Bonus in Lancaster, SC, US.
Benefits & Compensation
- Pay rate: $70/hr.
- Productivity bonus of $50 per patient per day for caseloads of 18 patients or more
Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
- Call responsibilities required.
- No weekends required.
- Additional $225 per night (Monday–Friday)

Key Responsibilities
The Nurse Practitioner will deliver high-quality psychiatric care in an inpatient setting, including diagnosing and treating acute or chronic illnesses. They are responsible for formulating master treatment plans, managing medications, and ensuring accurate clinical documentation while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's in Nursing and be a Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. A minimum of one year of experience as a practicing Nurse Practitioner is preferred, along with an active DEA license.
