Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to a primarily Medicare-aged, medically underserved patient population. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address the medical and social needs of senior members in a community-based clinic setting.
Requirements
Candidates must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with experience in primary care, internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine. Current BLS/ACLS certification and the ability to travel between local centers are required.
