Preferred Education and Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of Clinical Experience
- DDS or DMD from an accredited university, active NY license in good standing, and active/in process DEA license

Requirements
Candidates must hold a DDS or DMD degree from an accredited university and possess an active NY dental license. A minimum of one year of clinical experience is required, along with an active or in-process DEA license.
