Responsibilities/Qualifications
- Function as a healthcare provider for patients in a short-term rehab setting within Skilled Nursing Facilities
- Candidates must be board certified or board eligible and qualify for medical licensure in the State of Tennessee.
- Board Certified Physiatrist/PM&R (Physical Medicine and Rehab) or Pain Management (preferred)
- Once or twice a year visit
Pay
- Base Salary of $1,000 to oversee 2 mid-level providers
- Additional $250 for each additional mid-level they are overseeing
- Site visits to be compensated at $500 per visit

Requirements
Candidates must be board certified or board eligible in Physiatry/PM&R or Pain Management. They must also qualify for medical licensure in the State of Tennessee.
