• Position Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday - Thursday; 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• Compensation Range: $125,000 - $135,000

Position Overview

As a Fulfillment Pharmacist on our overnight team, you will play a critical role in driving clinical excellence, patient safety, and operational efficiency during key production hours.

In this high-impact position, you will be responsible for meticulously reviewing and verifying prescription orders, ensuring precise compounding calculations, and conducting rigorous visual quality checks for both sterile and non-sterile preparations.

Working in close adherence to Strive Pharmacy’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), state regulations, and industry standards, you will serve as a vital clinical resource, offering expert guidance to healthcare providers, counseling patients, and ensuring every medication shipped meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Join the forefront of healthcare excellence, where you'll be:
• Checking entered prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness
• Performing calculations to ensure ingredients within a formula are measured and utilized properly
• Visually checking lots compounded in sterile and non-sterile labs
• Visually checking individual prescriptions to ensure color, consistency, and general appearance
• Answering and making clarification phone calls dedicated for pharmacists

Counseling Patients

Offering guidance to providers regarding appropriate therapy and dosing for optimal individualized care

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
• Active Arizona Pharmacist license

Preferred Qualifications

• Fulfillment experience in a retail setting or equivalent
• Experience in compounding
• Understanding of aseptic technique
• Familiarity with USP guidelines

Work Environment

This position is primarily based in an onsite work environment. The role requires regular periods of sitting, standing, and computer use, with occasional lifting as needed. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.

• Annual Salary
• $125,000—$135,000 USD
