Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of an integrated, community
- Support the development of a grants and incentives program, for the Town to promote shared investment in patient rostering and medical office improvements.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new physicians, including community visits, to ensure a smooth transition into their new roles and successful integration into the Town of Caledon community.
- Research, analyze and report on physician and health services activity and trends to inform service delivery and update key performance indicators (KPIs)
