Job Description

Delphi Healthcare is recruiting a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatrician for a permanent position at Lewis County Health System. This role supports a retiring FP physician’s practice and offers the chance to help build a new pediatric office while supporting inpatient and newborn care.

Position Highlights

  • Base salary: $340,000 (full-time permanent outpatient & inpatient call practice)
  • $25,000 start bonus (paid in first paycheck)
  • RVU productivity bonus (paid quarterly, >50% MGMA)
  • Call coverage: average 10 days/month (with 3 providers)
  • Level 1 Newborn Nursery (<180 deliveries/year)
  • Inpatient pediatric admissions: <50/year

Requirements

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatrician
  • Current PALS, NRP, and BLS certifications
