This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated advanced practice provider to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
Join an established team of 5 physicians and experienced APPs
Practice setting: Inpatient consultation focus
Access to Athena and Sunrise EMR systems and a collaborative multidisciplinary clinical team
Employed position within a nonprofit health system
Board Certified or Board Eligible as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Eligible for Indiana state medical licensure and DEA registration
Conduct high-level inpatient gastroenterology consultations, assessing, diagnosing, and managing complex GI health conditions.
Collaborate directly with attending physicians to order diagnostic testing and assist in procedures and patient care plans.

What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Nurse Practitioner specializing in Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
Master's degree of Nursing required.
