Merakey is seeking a Licensed Psychologist Team Leader with strong forensic and supervisory experience

What You’ll Do

• Lead a team of forensic psychology professionals.
• Contribute to the oversight of program operations: workflow, compliance, staffing, budgeting, and quality.
• Assess team performance to ensure high‑quality and psychological assessments.
• Educate and guide program in policy compliance, protocols, and continuous quality improvement.
• Partner with behavioral health agencies, and justice‑system related stakeholders to enhance coordination, deflection, and diversion.

Qualifications

A Qualified Candidate Will Meet the Following Criteria

• Licensed Forensic Psychologist in PA
• Leadership experience
• Familiar with competency evaluation and restoration and service delivery
• Experience working in justice related systems
• Experience providing clinical supervision
