Seward Community Health Center is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (Associate) for our small community health center located in beautiful Seward, Alaska. Candidates with a background in rural family medicine, pediatrics, OB, and women's health are encouraged to apply.
This position offers no call requirements, weekends off, day shifts only. Work with Seward Community Health Center in Seward, Alaska.
The Physician Assistant will provide primary medical care to patients of all ages, including assessing, diagnosing, and treating acute and chronic illnesses. Additional duties include performing physical exams, ordering diagnostic tests, and participating in community outreach and quality assurance meetings.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and be a graduate of an accredited PA program with a current Alaska license. Preference is given to applicants with significant experience in primary care, OB, and rural health settings.
